Golden Gate K9’s Board and Train programs focus on basic obedience and manors. When a dog does not know basic commands such as sit, down, stay, heel and recall; other tasks are difficult to teach. When owners are not able to correct the problem behavior it just leads to frustration. We take the frustration out by making sure the dog has a very clear understanding of what is being asked. The result is an obedient dog willing to do the task at hand.

Upon completion of  our Board and Train program, you will have control of your dog. And once your dog is trained, we will train you, the owner. This is the key to our success!  You will have a go-home lesson with your trainer, followed by three private lessons. This will help owners maintain the proficiency and value of the training purchased.
